Upgrade .01 · Insulation

A cooler attic.
A smaller bill.

Most North Texas homes lose their cooling through the ceiling. We seal the gaps and top up the attic, so the AC stops working against the sun.

What we install

  • Air sealing
  • Blown-in attic insulation
  • Spray foam
  • Radiant barrier

Fix the house first. Every other upgrade runs cheaper after.

Insulation is upgrade one because it shrinks every job after it. A sealed, well-insulated attic lets a smaller HVAC system keep up, and a battery stretches further when the house holds its temperature.

The problem

Your attic can hit 140°F in July.

That heat pushes down through thin or settled insulation, and cooled air leaks up through gaps around lights, vents and the attic hatch.

What we do

Seal it, then insulate it.

We air-seal the attic floor first, then bring insulation up to the depth your home needs. You see the plan, and the price, before anyone climbs a ladder.

Why it pays back first

The cheapest energy is the energy you keep.

No new equipment, no monthly fees. Just a house that stops leaking the air you already paid to cool.

We measure the depth, then look for settled spots, gaps around fixtures and missing air sealing. If the numbers say your attic is fine, we will tell you and move on.

Only when it has to go. If the old insulation is damp, damaged or in the way of air sealing, we take it out. If it is in good shape, we seal around it and add on top. Your plan says which before we start.

No. We seal the leaks between your rooms and the attic, not the attic's own ventilation. We check that ventilation during the inspection, and if anything needs to change, it is in your plan.

Yes for the power-purchase option: you pay for the power the system delivers, not the equipment. We show every option side by side with your current bill.
